Software solutions for complex price calculation with detailed product data control that allows the addition of information regarding its traceability on the label , barcodes in the usual formats (EAN13, EAN128, etc.). Check Weighers

Industrial software solutions for production checking which include standard weighing functions, in individual checking mode or in batch statistical checking mode (according to the provisions of the 76/211/EEC directive). Simultaneous monitoring of several production lines with different products is possible.

Dosage Scales

Industrial systems for dosing mono or multi-ingredient recipes, with the possibility of monitoring and controlling technological phases (settling times, automatic digital I/O for controlling valves, valves, mixers, etc.). In the grain collection bases of Oltina, Scaleit installed and commissioned weighbridges, rail weighbridges and - as the case may be - made the modernisation of some existing scales possible, including the replacement of the weighbridge structure. Given the size of the project, as well as its geographical extent, the works will continue in 2023 as well.

Within the 11 waste neutralization depots polluted with oil residues, Petrom requested the installation of two weighbridges in each of them, in order to monitor the amounts of residues. Weighing data as well as primary data (registration number, product, etc.) are stored in a common database. As these places are located in isolated areas, it was necessary to synchronize the data when the connection was established.

For the work points in Cordun and Roman, Soceram requested the installation of one weighbridge with a concrete structure, installed directly on the roadway of the concrete track. The works were turnkey, meaning that the Scaleit crews cut the track surfaces, made the foundation piers, the concrete slab below the weighbridge and - of course - assembled, poured and installed each individual weighbridge.

This project involved the installation of two metal weighbridges in the Comvex berth within the Port of Constanța, the modernisation of two concrete weighbridges already in the Comvex equipment, as well as the installation of a static rail weighbridge. All weighing systems are equipped with sensors for the correct positioning of the vehicle on the scale and automatically transfer the weighing data to the beneficiary's PLC system.
