SEconomical solution for converting an old weighbridge (mechanical or electronic) into a modern electronic weighbridge. Basically, the resistance structure of the existing scale is maintained, implementing Scaleit electronics (load cells, junction box, digital weight indicator, computer and weighing software, as appropriate), the scale obtained being placed on the market with a CE-M declaration of conformity, for legal for trade use. The resistance structure of the scale may undergo structural and adaptation changes of the existing foundation to the requirements of the Scaleit measuring chain.

Scaleit DTDF double shear load cells, made of high quality steel, IP67 protection degree, with special sealing protection, precision class C3 (3,000 divisions).

Sealed junction box, IP67 degree of protection, with 30 m of cable up to the weight indicator. Other cable lengths are available upon request, depending on the specific requirements of your application.
