Product Description:

Economical solution for converting an old weighbridge (mechanical or electronic) into a modern electronic rail weighbridge. Basically, the resistance structure of the existing scale is maintained, implementing Scaleit electronics (load cells, junction box, weight indicator, computer and weighing software, as appropriate), thus the scale obtained is being placed on the market with an EU declaration of conformity for legal-for-trade use. The resistance structure of the scale may undergo changes in the consolidation of the weighbridge and the adaptation of the existing foundation, adaptations to the requirements of the Scaleit measuring chain.

Technical Scale Features:

  • Built-in protection against electric shock.

  • System of mechanical stops with damping (longitudinal and transverse) ensures the correct position of operation of the rail weighbridge, in the conditions of the dynamic forces appeared in normal conditions of use (braking / acceleration)

  • Celule de sarcină Scaleit DTDF, de dubla forfecare din oțel de înaltă calitate, grad protecție IP67, cu protecție specială de etanșare, clasa de precizie C3 (3 000 diviziuni).

  • Sealed junction box, IP67 degree of protection, with 30 m of cable up to the weight indicator. Other cable lengths are available upon request, depending on the specific requirements of your application.

  • Operating temperatures - 20 ... + 50 °C

  • Duration of execution and installation 3 ... 10 working days, depending on the actual situation on site, and depending on the changing needs of the foundation and the weighbridge

  • Also available in CE-M certified versions for commercial transactions
