Product Description:

Fully configurable digital weight indicator for complex industrial applications. The 3590EGTT indicator has dedicated memory for custom programs, built-in troubleshooting mode, and PC programming tools. Stainless steel case indicator with a large graphic touch screen for industrial weighing applications.

Allows the complete visualization of weighing data and custom screens, thus being intuitive in operation.

Indicator equipped with 3 serial ports in the standard equipment, with fully configurable communication protocols and scale ticket formats, integrated alibi (fiscal) memory and a port used to connect to the barcode / badge reader.

Holds a type-approval certificate, which can be used to make weighing devices for legal-for-trade use.

  • Up to 1 000 000 displayable divisions in (internal) technological applications with an internal resolution of 3 000 000 points;

  • Connectable to a wide range of printers and labellers with a fully configurable print format;

  • 2 RS232 serial ports, for connecting to a PC, PLC, radio modem or optional interfaces;

  • 1 RS232 serial port (optional RS485) for connecting to a printer, repeater display, barcode reader or digital cell;

  • Keyboard input / barcode reader port via mini-DIN connector (optional);

  • 4 digital outputs (optional);

  • 2 digital inputs (optional);

  • PROFIBUS external interface (optional) for integrating in automation systems;

  • MODBUS RTU protocol interface;

  • The 3590EGT indicator comes with the general weighing and totalising application (AF01). Pre-made software versions available:

  • AF03: weighbridges application, vehicle entry / exit (option);

  • AF04: statistical control application for prepacked goods (option);

  • AF05: price calculation and labelling application (optional);

  • AF08: axle and wheel weight weighing application (optional);

  • BATCH1: loading / unloading dosing application (optional).

  • Other custom applications can be built on demand, based on the customer's specification.
