Modular weighbridges designed and built with robustness and long life in the foreground, intended for both above-ground installation and buried at the level of the road. The massive construction and high mass of the load receiver make the CAB weighbridges an ideal candidate for fixed weighing applications and heavy as well as very heavy working environments.
The increased anticorrosive resistance, as well as the absence of enclosed spaces ensure a long life of the resistance structure of CAB concrete weighbridges, highlighted by the extended guarantee offered by Scaleit to the resistance structure of these scales.

Corrosion protection, priming and two-layer painting of metal elements, leads to an increase in the life of the weighbridge. The galvanizing option allows the use of CAB concrete weighbridges even in the most difficult working conditions (saline, marine environment and more).

Mechanical stop system with damping (longitudinal and transverse) ensures the correct operating position of the concrete car scales, in the conditions of dynamic forces occurring under normal conditions of use (braking / acceleration, small skidding)

Scaleit DTDF double shear load cells, made of high quality steel, IP67 protection degree, with special sealing protection, precision class C3 (3,000 divisions).

Sealed junction box, IP67 degree of protection, with 30 m of cable up to the weight indicator. Other cable lengths are available upon request, depending on the specific requirements of your application.
